- Corporation regulation or Partners' agreement （Offical Seal）；

- Qulified third party institutes (include but not only the related credit certificate, verification reports, financial statements, attorney opinion letter of the law firm, accoutant firm, bank)；

- Copy of membership representative ID，resume简历一份， business card，1 inch photo（paper and electronic version each one）；
- G -
- Copy of membership institute's VP or Partners ID、resume、business card、1 inch photo（paper and electronic version each one）。
